Call history, summaries, recommended next step and exports

Where every call lands: the Call history list and its filters, what a call page shows (transcript, recording, summary, next step, captured fields), retention, and the CSV export.

Updated 5 October 2026

Call history lists every call your callers made or answered, with filters, sorting and export. Browser test sessions are left out, so the counts match Home and Reports.

The list

  • Columns: Contact, Caller, Direction, Outcome, Sentiment, Captured, Duration, Credits, Speed, Time, Summary.
  • Filters: search (contact, phone, summary), Caller, Outcome, Sentiment, Period (Last 7 / 30 / 90 days or Any time) and Direction (Incoming / Outgoing).
  • Speed is how long after the lead arrived the call went out.

A single call

  • Cards for Outcome, Sentiment, Duration and Status; a red banner explains a failed call.
  • What <caller> tried to do: each action it attempted, with its status.
  • The transcript, with the customer's turns labelled “Caller”, and a Talk ratio (AI caller % / customer %).
  • The summary, and inside it a Recommended next step when there is one, such as calling back at the time the customer asked for.
  • Captured fields as label and value pairs.
  • The recording as an audio player. Recordings are kept for 90 days; transcripts stay as long as your account is active. Until the recording is processed the page says it is not available yet.
  • Add to do-not-call and an escalation form (reason, priority and a summary) for calls someone on your side must pick up.

Export

Export CSV (or Export filtered CSV when filters are on) downloads elevatebox-conversations-<date>.csv with Date, AI caller, Contact, Phone, Direction, Outcome, Sentiment, Duration seconds, Lead source, Summary, Captured details, Transcript and Lead variables. The transcript is one cell (“Customer: … | AI caller: …”). Up to 5,000 rows per export; narrow the period for more. Cells that start with =, +, - or @ are neutralised so a spreadsheet does not run them.

For a live feed instead of a download, use a post-call webhook. For the spend behind the Credits column, download the statement under Billing → Transactions.
