How it works

From a lead landing to a booked next step.

You describe the job in plain words. We build the employee, it makes the call, and everything that was said comes back to you written down.

Vaani HR briefs your employee

Describe the job the way you would to a new hire. Your AI HR writes the script, picks the voice and decides what every call has to capture — in minutes, without an agency setup fee.

Your employee calls, live

Natural Telugu mixed with English, switching the moment your customer does. It listens through interruptions, confirms every detail out loud, and sends the WhatsApp confirmation before the call ends.

Every detail logged, automatically

Transcript, summary, outcome and the fields you asked for land the moment the call ends — in your dashboard, and in WhatsApp or Sheets if that is where your team already works.

What actually happens on one call

No black box. This is the real sequence every single call runs through, in order.

  1. Lead arrives

A consented lead lands from your form, an ad, or your CRM.

  2. The call is queued

A scheduled call is written, honouring your calling window and the do-not-call list.

  3. The scheduler claims it

The next tick takes the call and syncs the current agent version to the provider.

  4. Credits are reserved

Worst-case credits are held and a concurrency slot is claimed before anything is dialled.

  5. The call is dispatched

Telephony, speech recognition, the language model and the voice all run on our calling provider.

  6. Mid-call work happens

Knowledge retrieval, the actions you approved, and callback scheduling — while the customer is still on the line.

  7. The webhook returns

Duration and transcript come back. Credits settle at whichever is smaller, the hold or the real talk time, and the slot is released.

  8. The outcome is classified

Captured fields are written out. A dispatch that failed for a transient reason goes back in the queue with a backoff instead of being dropped.

Three ways to put it to work

Same employee, same script. Only the way the calls get started changes.

Instant Leads

A lead from your form or CRM enters the queue and gets a call inside your configured hours — usually within seconds of arriving.

Bulk Campaigns

Build a draft, add eligible contacts, review the calling policy, then start it deliberately. Pause, resume or cancel at any point.

Browser rehearsal

Talk to your employee from the browser before it ever rings a customer. Same script, same voice, no external call placed.
