Captured fields (Outcomes)
The details your AI caller pulls out of every conversation, the field types, the outcome and sentiment it records, and where the values show up.
Updated 5 October 2026
The Outcomes tab is titled “What <name> captures on every call”. Each field is a question answered from the conversation after it ends: a budget, a preferred visit day, whether they already own a car. Changes here apply to calls straight away; captured fields need no publishing.
Defining fields
- Give each field a label and choose a type: Text, Number, Yes / no, Date or Time. Up to 20 fields.
- Add variable adds a row; Save fields saves the set.
- Fields are suggested from the brief, so most callers start with the right ones; add the ones you actually act on.
What is always recorded
Besides your fields, every call gets an outcome (Qualified, Interested, Callback, Not interested, No response, No answer, Voicemail, Busy or Call failed), a sentiment (positive, neutral, negative), an intent with a confidence and reason, a summary, and a callback time when the person gave a clear time within the next seven days.
Where the values go
- The Call history list has a Captured column, and each call shows the label and value pairs under the summary.
- The CSV export has a “Captured details” column (
label: value; …). - A post-call webhook receives them as
capturedValueson thecall.classifiedevent. - Call list pages and Reports count the outcomes.
