Guided setup and Rewrite with AI
Answer five questions, one at a time, by voice or text, and we draft the caller for you. Also: rewriting a whole call script you already have from a one-line instruction.

Two tools save you writing: Guided setup drafts a caller from five answers, and Rewrite with AI rewrites a whole call script from a one-line instruction. Neither is a general chat; facts about your business go in the Knowledge tab.
The five questions
On Create a caller, choose Guided setup (marked “Recommended”): answer 5 questions and we draft the caller. You answer one question at a time, speaking or typing, and can skip anything you are unsure of except the first two.
- Who should your caller ring? Required.
- What is this call for? Required.
- What do people usually ask? Optional; this becomes the FAQs step.
- What if someone is not interested? Optional; this shapes the end rules.
- What counts as a good result? Optional; this shapes the captured fields and outcome.
The Review screen shows every answer (skipped ones say “Skipped”). Create caller turns them into a brief and drafts the caller exactly as the brief flow does. Guided setup drafts a Telugu caller for new leads; change the language on the Voice tab and the kind of calling afterwards if you need to.
Rewrite with AI
On the Call script tab, the Rewrite with AI panel takes a one-line change. Say or type an instruction such as “offer 10% off if they book today”, “make the whole call friendlier” or “handle a price objection”, then click Rewrite script.
- The greeting, the steps and the hidden instructions are rewritten together, keeping the caller's name and the
{{variables}}you already use. - The result is saved to the draft. Live calls keep the old script until you make the change live, and Undo changes brings the old draft back.
- Read the rewritten script before making it live. AI can make mistakes.
